Shop Policies

Thank you for shopping at Lora Rust Ceramics. Lora’s work is made from high-quality porcelain. All materials are lead-free. All items are food-safe, microwaveable and dishwasher-safe, except as noted for certain decorative or delicate items. However, please be aware that all ceramics are fragile and should be treated with care. 

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order date. Georgia residents pay GA sales tax on merchandise and shipping. 

Shipping

All items are insured with delivery confirmation. Shipping times will vary based on destination from Atlanta, GA. We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada. Unless otherwise noted, your package will be shipped via UPS or USPS ground service. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. In the shopping cart you will find a calculator that you can use to estimate the shipping costs (by putting in your zip code) before final payment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive items damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately to set up a refund or replacement. 

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for other reasons, you may do so within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. The return costs are your responsibility. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued only after your returns are received to our shop. Contact us at info@lorarust.com if you are returning an item.

Conditions of Use

When you purchase anything from Lora Rust Ceramics you agree to hold Lora Rust harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
