OCAF will host a Preview Night for the event on Friday, August 25, from 5 until 8 p.m. The cost is $20 per person at the door. During this event, shoppers will have the first opportunity to make their purchases before the sale is open to the public.

2-Day workshop with Martha Cook

On Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27, well-known potter Martha Cook will provide a workshop entitled “Inspirations: Texture, Form, and Function, Explorations in Wheel, Handbuilding, and Surface Decoration.” Martha will demonstrate mugs, bowls, vases, pitchers and more using both wheel and handbuilding techniques. She will share her inspirations and ideas while demonstrating a variety of surface decorations such as slip applications, stamps, mishima, kohiki, and texture.. The workshop is $175 for OCAF members, and $225 for non-members.
